The Unbelieving Church

As recorded by the Word of God and by the history of the last 2,000 years

Those who claim the name of God and Christ always go into unbelief.

Nevertheless, there is always a Remnant that remains true.

The nation Israel, the first church, always went into unbelief

In repeated cycles,

Up to and including it's disastrous failure to receive Jesus as their Messiah.

The Church that was given birth at Pentecost was in trouble

Before the last of the original apostles died,

As can be seen in the seven letters to the Seven Churches

Given by Christ Jesus to the apostle John.

Of Seven, only two were commended.

This failing of those who claim the Name of Christ continues to this day.

Why is this the case?

Because the people of God become lukewarm; they loose their First Love;

And only want to hear what their itching ears want to hear,

And there are always those who will accommodate them for financial gain;

Always great charismatic fakers with a little TRUTH

But never the Whole TRUTH!

They accommodate themselves to the lost culture that surrounds them

And they and their listeners become worthless.

Christ Jesus spoke to this issue:

Woe to you when all men speak well of you,

For that is how their fathers treated the false prophets. (Luke 6:36)

The false prophets in every generation are spoken well of.

Those who the culture speaks well of are worthless before the Living God,

Because every culture is of the world and therefore the enemy of God.

Who are those who speak for God? Listen to Jesus:

Blessed are your when men hate you, when they exclude you and insult you

And reject your name as evil , because of the Son of Man.

Rejoice in that day and leap for joy, because great is your reward in Heaven.

For that is how their fathers treated the prophets. (Luke 6:22-23)

If you speak for God and His Word you will be hated by the culture/world,

Because you will be telling the culture/world that what it does is evil,

Just as did Christ Jesus and was hated for it.

The apostle Paul says of this situation:

For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine.

Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them

A great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.

They will turn away from the TRUTH and turn aside to myths.

(2 Timothy 4:3-4)

Christ Jesus warned:

'Watch out for false prophets.

They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.

By their fruit you will recognize them.

Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles?

Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.

A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit.

Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.

Not everyone who says to Me 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the Kingdom of Heaven,

But only he who does the will of My Father Who is in Heaven.

Many will say to Me on That Day, 'Lord, Lord,

Did we not prophesy in Your Name, and in Your Name drive out demons

And perform many miracles?'

Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you.

Away from Me you evildoers!' (Matthew 7:15-23)

The apostle Paul gave a similar warning:

'Now I know that none of you among

Whom I have gone about preaching the Kingdom will ever see me again.

Therefore, I declare to you today that I am innocent of the blood of all men.

For I have not hesitated to proclaim to you the Whole Will of God.

Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock

Of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers.

Be shepherds of the Church of God, which He bought with His Own blood.

I know that after I leave savage wolves will come in among you

And will not spare the flock.

Even from your own number men will arise and DISTORT the TRUTH

In order to draw away disciples after them.

So be on your guard!

Remember that for three years I never stopped warning each of you

Night and day with tears. (Acts 20:25-30)

In America there is the false notion that it's culture is somehow benign,

Because it was founded on principals from the Word of God.

Nothing could be further from the TRUTH;

Most of America has rejected this foundation.

At least one-half of America hates God, His Christ Jesus and His Word.

This is “Blue America” dominated by the spirit of Babylon;

By major urban areas; By the Democrat Party; By Secular Progressives;

By Secular Humanists; By Socialists.

Those who claim the Name of Christ

Who accommodate themselves to this evil culture,

Who do not speak out against this evil culture, do not belong to Christ.

Today, the world is raging against God, rushing toward oblivion. (Psalm 2)

America is being ground to powder because of her SIN against God.

Save yourself from this Corrupt Generation! (Acts 2:40)

As God has written, so shall it be! Hallelujah! Maranatha!

Father, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as in Heaven!
